Yes! If you have more than one dog, the rate is $75 for the first dog and $50 per additional dog, per night.

Neither - dogs stay in a real home environment, not a commercial facility. This setup works especially well for dogs who prefer a calm environment, routine, and personal attention.

Dogs may be left alone briefly for errands or daily activities, but they are not left alone for long periods. Care and supervision are what separate BTL from the rest.

Yes, depending on the dog. We’re happy to meet your dog and discuss anxiety, medications, or special routines to determine whether this is a good fit.

For new clients, meet & greets are typically required for stays of three nights or longer, or when a dog has specific care needs. For shorter stays, bookings may be accepted without a meet & greet based on the information provided.

We provide a large dog bed, standing food and water bowls, a plethora of tennis balls for outside play, and poop bags.
Please bring your dog’s food, any medications with instructions, and a leash or harness. Favorite toys or bedding are welcome but optional - most dogs settle in just fine without them. Treats are appreciated!

We’re located in Austin’s Crestview neighborhood (78752) just north of ACC’s Highland campus. The exact address is shared after booking.

Absolutely - you’ll receive regular photos and text updates during your dog’s stay.

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will receive a full refund. If your stay is shortened or pick-up occurs early, you'll receive a refund for any unused nights.

Your dog’s safety and well-being always comes first. If any concerns arise, we’ll reach out right away and work with you to determine the best next steps.
In the event of a medical emergency, we’re authorized to seek veterinary care and will make every effort to bring your dog to the primary vet or urgent care you’ve provided. If none is listed or they’re unavailable, we’ll take your dog to a nearby emergency veterinary clinic.
